I have been working professionally as a multimedia designer for the past 8 years, I have a broad skills base and can produce high quality work for print, video and web. You will find examples of my work on the appropriate pages.

I have always had a passion for art and design. Having studied Fine Art at Plymouth University my creative flare was channelled into multimedia sculpture & producing short films involving story boarding, story telling, shot composition, editing and post production effects. I became well versed in the use of Apple Final Cut Studio and Adobe creative applications.

I then went on to work for a number of clients directing, filming and cutting corporate and educational films for dvd and the web, with motion graphics and music.

I continued to develop my web skills by taking on work designing websites learning Dreamweaver, Flash and Fireworks, and then further into code to produce light-weight websites in hand-coded, semantic HTML/CSS calling upon JQuery tools and CMS, and more recently e-commerce.

In my current role my graphic design skills in typography, layout, drawing, image manipulation & retouching, copy writing, animation and technical knowledge promoted me to Senior Designer bringing high end design to a new team within the Northcliffe group, using my eye for detail to surpass the standard of design often associated with newspaper advertising.

I am passionate about design and keep myself informed of current visual trends and technologies to ensure my work is fresh, relevant and full of engaging ideas that reflect the needs of my client's brand.
